Kept in Confidence
A lost-property office sees a great deal and repeats none of it. This is what ours keeps, and for what.
What is kept on file
- Your pass: email, a password kept in hashed form only, and the first name, birth date and gender on your claim form, with anything you add on your claimant page.
- Your calls, and the short notes each man keeps so he remembers you.
- A cookie for your session and another noting that you passed the platform barrier.
- For fares, only the amount and the transfer reference; the line takes no cards and so holds none.
- The usual server logs, which are deleted soon and serve security alone.
Why
To run the calls, apply the rules of the line and keep the trains moving. An AI model we run, or a supplier tied to the same narrow job, processes each message, and automatic checks read it for safety. No call is ever sold and no advertiser hears a word.
Counting passengers
A simple counter tallies how many people pass the barrier and from which region. It never hears a call.
Your choices
From any call's menu you can change a man's notes on you, save the call as a transcript, or wipe it clean. For the whole pass to be withdrawn, write to the ledger office from the email you registered. Where your own law grants you more than this, name the right and we will honour it.
